Colors: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Heavy Goods: For bulk orders (Tiles/Marble), delivery is usually made to the curbside or the nearest accessible point. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for offloading and moving the materials indoors.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Installation and Use
Modern Traders acts solely as a supplier of materials. We are not responsible for:
The installation process.
Damage caused during installation.
The calculation of quantities required (e.g., square footage of tiles). We recommend consulting with your contractor before ordering.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Modern Traders, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
