1. Returns
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or nature of the product. These include:

Custom-made or special-order items.

Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

Items that have been installed, altered, or used.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

Timeline: You will receive the credit within 15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or bank processing times.
4. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if arranged by us) will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: For breakable items (like ceramics or glass), we require photographic proof of the damage in the original packaging before processing a replacement or refund.
6. Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and then process it as a return (shipping fees may apply).
